Susan
Packard Orr - Founder and Chairman |

Susan founded Telosa (formerly named TRAC, Inc.) in 1986. Prior
to starting Telosa, Susan worked as a programmer at Health Computer
Services at the University of Minnesota and as an economist at the
National Institutes of Health. Susan is currently Chairman of the
Board at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and is a trustee
of Stanford University, the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital,
the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's
Health and the Packard Humanities Institute. She served for seven
years on the board of Hewlett-Packard Company.
Susan
holds an M.S. in computer science from New Mexico School of Mining
and Technology, and both an M.B.A. degree and a B.A. in economics
from Stanford University. |

Chris
Fink - Chief Operating Officer |

Chris has spent more than 10 years working with over 100 nonprofit
organizations, large and small. Experienced with both technology
and fundraising, Chris oversees Telosa's Product Development, Services
and Marketing divisions.
Prior
to joining Telosa, Chris managed IT operations and was a Senior
Software Trainer in the retail industry. Chris holds a B.A. degree
from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. |

Ann
Troussieux - National Accounts |

Ann joined Telosa in 1991. Currently Telosa's Vice President of National
Sales, Ann manages Telosa's major account relationships. She has held
a variety of leadership roles with the Telosa, including sales, marketing,
customer support and channel sales. Prior to joining Telosa, Ann served
as Executive Director for the Bay Area Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy
Association. Ann holds an M.B.A. from Notre Dame de Namur University
and a B.A. degree in Advertising from San Jose State University. |

Sean Steele - VP Support & Services |
|
|
Sean joined Telosa in 1999. Currently Telosa's Vice President of Support & Services, Sean manages Telosa's technical support team. In addition to managing the help desk he is a trainer for both Exceed! Premier and Exceed! Basic. He also helps manage content on the company website, Facebook and Twitter. Prior to joining Telosa, Sean worked as a technician at one of the leading portrait studio operators in North America. Sean holds an B.A. degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Spanish from Truman State University. |

Rex Morgan - Vice President of Sales |

Rex joined Telosa in 2003. Currently Telosa’s Vice President of Sales, Rex is responsible for the management and administration of the sales function. Prior to joining Telosa, Rex served as Information Technology Director for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Northern California Division. Rex holds an M.A. in Psychology from The Professional School of Psychology and a B.S. in Business from James Madison University. |
