with Exceed!T Basic? Our cost-effective
Annual Support Contract options include Knowledgebase access, telephone,
fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases, product upgrades.
Currently there
are two options for technical support for the Exceed! Basic
program.
Standard Annual Support Contract,
what's included? 12 months of Knowledgebase access,
fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases, product upgrades. Telephone support is not included in this option,
please refer to the Premium Support Contract below which is offered
with out Platinum Support Package.
Premium Annual Support Contract, what's
included? 12 months of Knowledgebase access,
phone, fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases, & product
upgrades. Telephone service is included in this option. For more

Basic Web-based
Group Training
Telosa offers
web-based group training for Exceed! Basic
users. The series of three sessions addresses all the topics
covered in our Exceed! Basic
classroom training, but delivers the series in 2-3 hour sessions
to fit demanding schedules. Click

Data Services:
Do you need to have a data conversion?
We have the experience and expertise to transfer your donor and
gift data from your current software program into Exceed! Basic. To learn more call us at
1-800-676-5831 x103 for a free quotation. Price is not included with support packages.
*Prices
above are valid for our Exceed! Basic TechSoup recipients only who
have met the donation requirements through the TechSoup website. The
prices reflected are for initial implementation. Future training
orders and annual support contracts will be charged at the full
amount upon order/renewal.
