Frequently Asked Questions

So what's the catch?
No catch. Once you’re enrolled in the program, you’ll get 10,000 free credits at the start of each month. It’s a ‘use-it-or-lose-it’ system, so credits will expire at the end of that month. Not to worry – you'll get 10,000 more the following month. See our pricing page and VR services page for detailed info on all services.

What is required?
You'll need to fill out the VerticalResponse Non Profit Application form. Their Consulting team will approve you within 2-3 business days. Then sign up for a VR account.

What if I'm not a 501(c)3?
If you're a registered charity in Canada or the United Kingdom just send VR your paperwork from the relevant regulatory powers that be (Canada Revenue Agency or the UK's Charity Commission).

What if I already am a VR customer?
If you're already a customer, the discount will apply to any “new” purchases.
